  • 1 TBSP of chickpea Flour
  • ¼ tsp of ground turmeric 
  • 1 drop of Palmarosa essential oil

To use:

Measure out 1 tsp and drizzle in about ¼ to ½ tsp of water to make a paste and massage your face in circular motions for 30 seconds to 1 minute.  Rinse off with warm water.

Refreshing and Revitalizing Scrub:

Steps:

In a small glass or metal bowl mix together the following ingredients very well:

  • 2 TBSP of pureed strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp of honey
  • ½ tsp of yogurt
  • 2 drops of Geranium essential oil

To use:

Measure out 2 tsp and massage your face in circular motions for 30 seconds to 1 minute.  Rinse off with warm water. For extra vibrancy, leave the mixture on your face for 1 minute longer after massage.

Calming Oatmeal Scrub for sensitive skin

Steps:

In a small glass or metal bowl mix together the following ingredients very well:

  • 1 TBSP of Oat Flour
  • ¼ tsp of matcha powder
  • 1 drop of Lavender essential oil

To use:

Measure out 2 tsp and drizzle in about ¼ to ½ tsp of rosehip seed oil to make a paste and massage your face in circular motions for 30 seconds to 1 minute.  Rinse off with warm water.
